No — each challenge is designed to fit your real life. Micro-actions take only a few minutes a day.

Will I fall behind if I miss a week?

Each week builds on the one before it, so by the end of the month you’ve identified, learned, and practiced a new skill or rhythm. If you miss a week, you’re not “behind” — you can jump back in where we are, then go back to the missed week using the emails in your inbox and work through the steps in order at your own pace.

Is this challenge included in my membership?
